Online Learning Program contains a library of useful information and resources that can be used by staff and activities for students to complete. 8 Modular activities using Virtual Reality, Webinars, Gaming, Quizzes and Templates for your students to develop their professional and life skills. The portal can be purchased with a one off fee and unlimited use for a year, which can be renewed.
Instructor Led Training consists of an active and interactive workshop where students can develop their understanding of careers and share ideas, barriers and solutions with their peers. A series of activities and worksheets are completed which students can keep but also be shared with staff to identify an Action Plan of next steps.
One to One a great way to utilise these sessions are as a follow on from the group sessions, as the activities here will inform advisers to prepare relevant information. A great opportunity to identify and discuss individual needs, complete Educational Health Care Plans, look at next steps and signposting. A full action plan is provided after each session
The Internet and Social Media is constantly changing the way we communicate and interact with people online. Platforms like; YouTube, Facebook and Instagram are becoming increasingly popular with young adults globally. These tools if used effectively can create wonders and even careers.
However, the sad truth is that these platforms can also be, if used incorrectly, cause distress and alarm. Pictures and Videos are being shared in the billions every day and we need to make sure that young adults are safe and protected. This is a new initiative designed to support parents, schools and young people. For some parents assisting their child with homework can be a daunting and stressful experience. This programme provides resources, group and one to one workshops based on homework that is being distributed by the school. These sessions can take place at your school with both child and parent, giving them both the skills to complete homework. Please get in touch for more information and a quote for your school.
This is a mentoring scheme that is aimed at young people (11-16) that are at risk of exclusion from mainstream or alternative schools. We provide extra curricular activities to support the learning of young people and work towards integrating them back into fulltime learning. This bespoke programme is based on each school and of course the needs of each pupil. The Early Engagement Programme will provide mentoring in order to manage behaviour through alternative means of engagement working within the school’s context.
